Our online drugstore offers two shipping methods:
Estimated delivery period is 5-9 business days.
Estimated shipping period is 2-4 weeks, normally it takes 2.5-3 weeks.
Delivery time depends on destination country. National and religious holidays may as well delay package arrival. Your order will be packed discreetly for your privacy and protection.
All products at our site are available to be shipped - that means we have them in stock and can provide them to you immediately. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours , most orders are shipped within 24 hours. All weekend orders, are dispatched on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped promptly!

In what form are the shipments made?
All orders are shipped in opaque packaging without any inscriptions.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel or there is not enough goods in my order?
If the postal parcel with your order has arrived damaged, or the goods that you ordered are missing, contact us and we will try to resolve the problem.
How much will I have to pay if I resend the order?
If you made a mistake in the contact details when sending the order and we had to resend your order, you will only pay the actual postal expenses. No penalties are provided.
Messages about changes in order status are sent automatically. There may be delays in the reception of goods for reasons beyond our control.
